Returns or exchanges only if the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Proof of defect is required.

If returning or exchange time limit is 14 days after receiving the product for customers to request a return.

The item needs to be returned in its original condition, with packaging intact, unworn or unused.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged during shipment 

There is no returns for all hand made handbags (Non Cloth).
